Chris has a keen way of incorporating new strategies and methods into an already good system in an effort to make it a great system. Combined with her passion for dentistry and love for coaching and encouraging others, she is someone I enjoy bringing onboard with my clients.  As a consultant, it is critical to assemble the right team of people to support the ultimate goal of serving the clients needs. What I have found in working closely with Chris is that she is always collaborative and never degrades any systems we may already have in place. 

Chris listens to what we want and then designs a system or training specific to those wants. Sometimes all we want may be some one-on-one coaching with a single employee other times a complete hygiene department restructure. No job is too small or too big for Chris. I love the specificity of Chris’ programs. Based on her knowledge, enthusiasm and integrity, I have complete trust and confidence when referring some of my best clients to Chris, knowing they’ll get the results they are after. Every minute spent without having Chris onboard coaching and supporting a team is a lost opportunity.
